Production Equipment

The production equipment is mainly imported from Germany, the United States and Japan, including various wire drawing machines, stranding machines, annealing machines, flat wire calenders, etc. Some special non-standard equipment is independently developed by the company to meet the production needs of the project.
The company has its own electroplating production line; the products produced have uniform coating thickness, high wire diameter accuracy, uniform elongation and strong oxidation resistance. The monofilament diameter of the product is 0.025MM-3.8MM.
